Welcome to the admin Hub

To start your book fair process you need to first sign up for a free account. Carefully fill out the form on the home page, providing us with all of the information we need to create your school’s unique online book fair. Once you have filled out the form you will be sent two emails: one to confirm your registration for the book fair, and the other to verify your admin account (if you did not receive this email please reach out to info@palmettofortis.com and we will resend it to you!)

Once you have registered for your book fair the only thing you have left to do is preview the materials and prepare your students and parents for the upcoming book fair! In January you will be sent a link to preview the list of titles that will be available on your book fair so you can feel confident about the books that will be offered to your students once the book fair unlocks. If you are signed up before January 23rd you will be mailed book fair flyers to hand out to your students. A digital copy will be available in the book fair materials section on the Admin Hub for those who missed the deadline or who need extras. In this section there will also be posters you can print out and display around the school, graphics you can post on your school’s social media, and many other materials to help you get the word out! All of these materials will be coming soon so keep an eye out!

The book fair is finally here! Continue to remind your students and their parents to shop your book fair. Remember, you will receive 10% cash back on book fair totals under $1,000 and 20% cash back on book fair totals over $1,000. Ready, Let’s Read will be sending you an email that you can forward to your students/parents every day that the book fair is open. If you are unable to forward emails to your students you can use the “Email PDFs” from the Book Fair Materials section and attach them in an email or newsletter instead.

While the book fair window is open you can check your school’s total on your admin profile by clicking the person icon in the top right corner on your school’s book fair. There you can see every order placed under your book fair and calculate your cash back total.

REMINDER: You can place your own order for your school under your school account and get cash back on that purchase as well! Buy books for your school library or even your personal library!

Once the book fair closes on March 9th our team will begin packing your boxes. Shipping takes about a month, and you can expect your books to arrive before Easter. We will also mail you a check around the same time your books are arriving with the cash back you earned from your book fair.

Once your books arrive, all that is left is to hand out the book fair orders! One of your boxes will include a spreadsheet listing all orders placed by your school. You'll also find a packing sheet for each student who placed an order, listing the details of his or her order, along with a bag for you to place the student’s books in. Once your orders are sorted, simply hand out the books to those who ordered.
